PRODUCTION PROCESS CERTIFICATIONS
INOXAL protects the environment by evaluating its raw materials and using exclusively ecologically certified materials.
– We respect the environment we borrowed from our children to live, and we ought to return it to them better than we received it ! It is no coincidence that we are established in the “NATOURA 2000” zone with ISO 14000 certification (environmental).
An additional important certification is ISO 9001, which ensures the stable production process as well as the company’s commitment to continuous improvement of its organization, for the benefit of itself and the consumer.
Certified safety WK-2 & in class WK-3
Inoxal, following the European certification standards, certifies the safety of its products in class WK-2 for doors and windows with simple mechanism type cameras & in class WK-3 for frames with perimeter mechanism respectively. This certification evaluates the behavior of the frames when subjected to static pressure and then to tool-breaking techniques.
It demonstrates the high safety provided by inoxal frames, according to the European regulation.
*When choosing frames a very important criterion is the certification of products. The certification it carries confirms that its quality meets the standards set by the European Union, helping the consumer to choose the right product.
CE energy certifications (air, water permeability and air load resistance)
INOXAL for outdoor frames, exposed to weather conditions, provides CE energy certification, which refers to: air permeability-Class 4, water permeability-class E900 and wind pressure resistance Class C3, according to the standards en 1026: 2000 & ELOT EN 12207:2000, EN 1027:2000 & UNI EN 12208:2000 and EN 12211: 2000 & UNI EN 12210. This certification evaluates the behavior of frames in severe weather events such as wind pressure and heavy rainfall.
INOXAL provides a high level of sound insulation Rw=42dB, according to its certification under uni EN ISO 140-3 & UNI EN ISO 717-1 standards.
INOXAL has performed thermal energy measurement in its products, setting the coefficient of thermal conductivity (Uf) that determines the thermal losses of the frames, according to regulation EN 14351-1: 2006
The smaller the coefficient, the smaller the thermal losses. After measurement at the Rosenheim Institute. the coefficient of thermal conductivity is Uf = 2.1 W / (m2 * K).
Fire resistance certification
INOXAL certifies specific systems of frames, according to en 1634-01, for a fire resistance time of 60 Minutes.

Door with hidden hinge hidden sex and fingerprint in the PRENIOUM series.
The Hidden Leaf combined with the hidden hinge aim at an upgraded aesthetic result. On its inner side, the door comes flush with the wall, since this is a recessed hinge. Its structural features allow adjustment both in height and in width. At the same time the heavy-duty bearings of the hidden hinge, allow the door to slide easier and open without difficulty while the strength of each hinge is 1200kg, so it can accept large loads.
